Protect your progress
Open the main menu, choose Settings, and use Export Save. Store the downloaded JSON file somewhere private. Import Save restores a compatible backup and never uploads it to the developer.
Common fixes
- If audio is silent, open Settings from the home screen, make sure Night Radio is on, then interact with the game once so the browser can start audio.
- If motion is uncomfortable, turn Cinematic Motion off in Settings.
- If progress appears missing, confirm you are using the same browser and device before importing a backup.
- Before clearing browser data or uninstalling, export the save.
Reporting a problem
Include the game version, device model, operating-system version, browser or app version, the screen involved, and the steps that caused the issue. Do not include passwords, financial account details, government identification, medical records, or your disability information.
Contact status
A dedicated public support email has not yet been activated because Trapahaulic is not listed for sale. A working developer-controlled support address must be added here before App Store submission or paid distribution.
